At Home Indeed, we strive to provide high-quality, customized name plates and home décor products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
a. Eligibility Criteria
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
- The item must not have been customized or personalized, as custom products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
b. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized name plates and personalized décor items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item was damaged during shipping.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at homeindeed877@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
b. Partial Refunds

- Items returned more than 5 days after delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be partially refunded.
